Why am I unable to trade certain products or symbols?

Please be informed that PU Prime offers various account types, each with its own product suffix. Only the available products can be traded.

For example:
Standard account: EURUSD.s
Prime account: EURUSD.p
ECN account: EURUSD.p
Cent account: EURUSD.sc

All the greyed out products that show in the list are for reference only and are not tradeable. To add the relevant product into the symbol list, please follow the steps below:

1. Click "+" on the main page of the MT4/MT5 app
2. Select the folder with the relevant suffix and choose the relevant pairing
