Proof of Identity documents : include your National ID (front & back), Driver Licenses or Passport (includes the signature page and 4 corners must be clearly presented).

Proof of Address documents : include Utility bills/bank statements/ insurance papers/ phone bills (issued within last 6 months), land valuation certificate, lease agreement, lease contract with seal, etc. All the documents as proof of address should include the name, valid address, and date.

Once your proof of identity document has been successfully verified, you will receive the account number and password for MT4/MT5, enabling you to commence trading. However, in the event that your proof of identity document is approved, but your proof of address document is either not submitted or deemed invalid, you will still able to make deposits and trade. Nonetheless, withdrawals will not be permitted until your proof of address document has been successfully verified.
