How do I complete Proof of Face (POF) verification in Client Portal?

Proof of Face (POF) verification is an additional security measure that helps protect your account by confirming that you are the rightful account holder. If required, you can complete the verification directly from the Client Portal.

To complete your Proof of Face (POF) verification via Client Portal, follow the steps below:

Log in to the PU Prime Client Portal and click "Profile" from the left navigation menu.
Click the "Verification" tab.
Select the "Plus" tab.
Under Face Verification (POF), click "Verify Now" to start the verification process.
Click "Start verification" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Proof of Face (POF) verification.
