How can IBs receive notifications for successfully referred clients?
To help Introducing Brokers (IBs) stay informed of their clients’ progress, PU Prime provides automatic email notifications via the IB Portal when an invited client successfully completes platform registration and opens a trading account.
Once the client completes these steps, a real-time notification email will be sent to the corresponding IB to confirm the successful conversion.
- Log in to the PU Prime IB Portal and go to the dashboard.
- Click the "Mail" icon in the top-right corner.
- Under Email Notification Management, toggle the following options on or off:- Client Registration
- Account Opening
Changes will then apply immediately after being updated.
- Once enabled, you will receive an email notification when your referred clients successfully register or open an account. Below is an example of the email notification IBs will receive once a referred client has successfully opened an account:
- Notifications are sent to the IB’s registered email address.
- Disabling a notification will stop emails for the selected event.
