How do I remove my credit bonus?
- From your dashboard menu, click on the "Accounts" option. Then, select the
button to display the "Remove Credit(s)" section.
- Confirm the amount of credit you wish to remove.
Important Reminders:
- Close all open trades: Ensure that you have no active positions before confirming this action.
- Bonus credits are non-reversible: Once you click "Confirm" to remove the bonus, the credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
- Check your margin level: Removing bonus credits may reduce your available margin and could potentially trigger a stop-out if your margin level falls below the required threshold.
Please verify your account status before proceeding to avoid any unintended losses or trade interruptions prior to making your final decision.
