Accounts with credit bonus are not able to make internal transfer.
Clients are required to SIGN-OUT from the promotion first before making internal transfer.
After logging in to the client portal, select “PROMOTION’ from the dashboard menu, click the promotion you have joined and opt-out. (example as below)
Once you have opted out from the promotions, kindly look for our live chat support for credit removal from your account. (For 50% deposit bonus ONLY)
Once the credit is removed, you may log into the client portal, select “TRANSFER FUNDS” from the dashboard menu.
