After logging into the client portal, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select “PASSWORD & SECURITY”.
To ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+ 1 days after the changing of your password. Select “confirm” to proceed with changing password.
Select “Send Code” to receive the verification code in your registered email. Insert the verification code and select "Submit” to proceed.
Clients are required to insert current password and create new password based on the password requirements. Select “Confirm” to finalize the change of password.
