Kindly be informed that due to compliance reason, we are not able to delete or deactivate your account.
However, PU Prime will archive those MT4 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 90 days or more and those MT5 accounts with no login history, trading history and account balance ≤ 0 for 180 days or more on a weekly basis.
After the archiving, you will not be able to log in to your MT4/MT5 account, but you can still log in to the Client Portal at https://myaccount.puprime.com/login. After login, you can apply for a new trading account in "Accounts". Click on "Additional Accounts" to apply for a new trading account for trading.
If you no longer wish to use your account, you may send an email to info@puprime.net to request to set your account to read-only mode, to ensure no trades can be done on your trading account.
