- At the Withdraw funds page, scroll further to manage your credit cards. Due to international anti-money laundering compliance, if you have deposited with credit card before, you will need to withdraw the amount you have deposited with that particular card using the same exact card. Hence your withdrawable credit cards will be automatically selected.
- However, if the particular card is no longer in use due to various reasons, you may choose to archive credit card, if you archive the card, you will need to submit 1) an official bank letter/email stating the card is no longer available, and 2) the bank statement with transaction made with this card for card archiving. You may refer to the pictures attached as reference.
- After you have archived your card, you may proceed to submit a withdrawal request using other payment methods, and wait for our relevant department to review your withdrawal request.
