If you would like to cancel a withdrawal request which you have submitted, please log in to the Client Portal , select Transaction History, click on Withdrawals, and you will be able to see the withdrawal request you have submitted, after that you may click on the "CANCEL" button in blue on the right to cancel the withdrawal request you would like to.
However, if your withdrawal is being processed at the moment, no cancellation will be allowed, and you will receive a pop-up notification reminding you so.
